Since we were kids, baking has not only been about producing something delicious but has also become an art form that we want to share with others.

Growing up, we had many family members who faced allergies, intolerances, & other dietary restrictions.

We saw the struggles they endured to find desserts that fit their restrictions, were inexpensive, and actually tasted good.

That is why we decided to open up a bakery that caters to each individual's needs.
